For me, it is in a few areas: helping employers make their brands well-known to candidates (aka "employer branding"), sourcing passive candidates through unique and creative methods (with an emphasis on sourcing diverse candidates), and most of all, providing a stellar customer experience for both hiring managers and candidates. I bring over 8+ years of full-cycle technical and corporate recruiting experience in the software, electronics distribution and financial (payment processing) industries.
